Flagship project: GLO Park, Golden, Colorado.

A secured campus for federal agencies and the contractors who support them, developed in partnership with the State of Colorado.

Flagship Project

GLO Park, the Global Energy Security Park

GLO Park is a planned 10-acre, physically secured campus on Denver West Parkway at Research Road in Golden. It delivers secure work environments built to meet federal requirements, including ICD/ICS 705 space, alongside lab and office space for the programs that support them.

Phase 1 is a three-story building of approximately 60,000 SF. Future phases and buildings add more than 200,000 SF as tenant commitments come in, so the campus can grow with the programs it serves.

Why Golden

Why build lab space here?

Because the mission, the people, and the public partners are already here.

Next door to a national lab

GLO Park sits beside the National Laboratory of the Rockies campus, with the potential for a future secure corridor, and close to the DOE, DHS and DoW programs that work with it.

A deep technical talent pool

Colorado School of Mines is minutes away, and the Front Range has a large, established base of cleared and technical workers.

Security built in, not bolted on

Physical security, utilities and offsets are designed into the shell, so tenants spend less time and money on their buildout.

Public partners at the table

The project is in partnership with the State of Colorado, and Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation is helping assemble incentive packages for tenants.

Core Market

Colorado Front Range

Colorado’s Front Range sits within one of the country’s densest concentrations of federal, defense, and intelligence installations, from Space Force and NORAD/NORTHCOM commands to the national laboratories and cleared contractor base that supports them.

Growth Path

National Defense & Intelligence Corridors

As the platform matures, LPD is expanding its site evaluation beyond Colorado into other DoD and intelligence corridors nationally, applying the same site selection discipline used in its home market.

Pipeline

A growing pipeline, evaluated with discipline.

Beyond GLO Park, LPD maintains an active pipeline of additional sites, each evaluated against our standard site selection criteria before moving forward. Details on specific sites are shared as projects reach appropriate milestones.

01

Demand-Led Sourcing

Priority is given to sites where tenant interest can be identified prior to or concurrent with site control.

02

Consistent Criteria

Every site is measured against the same location, zoning, infrastructure, and return standards.

03

Disciplined Pace

LPD adds projects to the pipeline as capital, tenant demand, and execution capacity allow, not ahead of them.
